PRINTING SERVICES
Saddle-Stitch
Saddle stitch binding is the most popular and simple way to make a professional form of binding. Two staples are nested in the spine of the folded piece, securing the sheets together. They can be placed on the left edge or top depending on the project.
Great for: Booklets, calendars, catalogs and programs
Perfect Bound
With perfect binding, rather than sewing the pages and cover are glued together at the spine with a strong yet flexible thermal glue. The other three sides of the book are then trimmed as needed to give them clean "perfect" edges.
Great for: Magazines, directories and paper back books
Spiral Bound
Spiral binding is the process of binding pages together with a plastic coil that is inserted into holes along the edge of paper pages. They are great when you need pages that turn easily and stay put. Plastic spiral binders accommodate a range of page counts and hold their shape better than wire binding, making them great for mail delivery.
Great for: Booklets, calendars, catalogs professional presentations and notebooks
Full Color Envelopes
Make sure your mails look professional and classy with full color custom envelopes. Remember that great-looking envelopes would make people want to open it. This is a perfect chance to promote your brand or business.

Perforation
Perforation is a method that allows two parts of the material to be easily separated, such as allowing the paper to be torn along the line.
Great for: Coupons, tickets, flyers and reply/donation cards
Scoring
Scoring is a ridge that is indented into the paper where the fold line will occur. This allows for the paper to fold easily without cracking or shifting.
Great for: Brochures, invitations, note cards and booklets
Foiling
Foil printing is a versatile printing technique that involves applying a metallic or pigmented foil to a surface in order to create a decorative finish. The process makes use of metal dies, combined with heat and pressure, to permanently bond a thin foil film to paper.
Great for: Invitations, business cards and brochures, magazines and certificates
Coating/Spot UV
Coating is a finishing in which a printed material is covered with a clear film, such as a primer, a lacquer, a barrier coat, or an overprint varnish. Alternately, only a portion of a printed material may be coated, called spot coating or spot UV.
Great for: Invitations, business cards, folders, programs, door hangers and postcards
Embossing/Debossing
Embossing is a process in which images, patterns, or text are stamped or pressed into a substrate. During embossing, the two dies are pressed together through the substrate, which creates a raised image.
Great for: Invitations, certificates and greeting cards
Die-Cutting
Die-cutting refers to a thin, razor-sharp steel blade that has been formed into a specific shape or pattern (sort of like a heavy-duty cookie-cutter). Consequently, Die-Cutting refers to the act of using this sharp die to cut paper, cardstock, labelstock, or other substrates into various shapes.
Great for: Stickers, door hangers, tags and invitations
Tabbing
Index tabs are a simple yet highly effective way to organize printed material throughout a bound book. They provide an attractive presentation format that allows for quick file reference throughout any manual. We die cut tabs for custom tab sizes, styles and full color tabs.
Great for: Booklets, catalogs, professional presentations
Rounded Corners
"Rounded Corners" is a finishing technique used to improve the aesthetics and/or functionality of certain printed pieces. Using rounded corners can help you to achieve a unique look.
