Serving the Amarillo and surrounding communities since 1973, Zip Print is a full-service commercial printing company that offers several types of printing and finishing services. We are committed to providing our customers with quality products at a competitive price all the while ensuring that their project is completed on time, every time.

As of January 1, 2021, Zip Print became a division of Panhandle Presort Services which has locations in Amarillo and Lubbock. Creating a variety of solutions for businesses and organizations alike, the union between these two great companies expands our reach and capacity inside the print, mail and marketing industry.

  • Chris Arellano

    GENERAL MANAGER

    Chris is the General Manager/Print Room Manager at PPS/VariVerge/ZIP in Amarillo. He has over 36 years printing experience. Chris has six children, Steve, Brittany, Ciara, Christopher, Madison and Maci and five beautiful grandchildren that are the joys of his life. He enjoys grilling, riding his Harley, and spending time with friends and family.

    Tricia has been a member of the Zip Print team since 2004 and has 27 years experience in the printing industry. She received her BA in English from Texas Tech University. Go Red Raiders! She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and listening to audiobooks.

PRINT & MAIL SERVICES EXPAND BY PURCHASING LOCAL FAMILY BUSINESS

Amarillo, Texas, January 4, 2021

PPS proudly serves the communities across Texas with locations in Amarillo and Lubbock. Starting in 1999 as a First-Class mail presort facility, PPS has grown into a full-service direct mail operation with design, print and digital advertising services. Jim Austin and his two sons, Luke and James, have carefully crafted a print and mail niche with a team of professional specialists whose skills range from postal regulations, print, design, sales and campaign consultation.

The opportunity arose to purchase another long-standing commercial print facility in Amarillo – Zip Print. Zip Print, a full-service commercial printing company, has been under the operation of the Bergen family since 1973. It is the right fit to combine the services of both companies under the same management team. The Austins are excited to bring the experience of both teams together to better serve the Amarillo community as well as Lubbock and beyond.

Zip Print will continue operating with the same excellent services for its loyal customers.

As of August 19, 2024, our PPS Amarillo office and Zip-Print are merging into one building at 920 SW 9th Avenue, Amarillo.
